In the fall, we decided to embark in a bathroom remodel project. Simple enough one would think. Well not so especially for the novice remodeler. Throughout this endeavor, the one constant remained, Inspire Kitchen & Bath was our vendor of choice. This conscious decision was aided by friends and family that endorsed Inspire & Bath and the various contractors we contacted who also recommended May. That was the easiest decision we made, everything post, was daunting.

Sara (and Mary) were wonderful during our entire venture. From recommendations to samples, Quotes, lead times and even areas to save money. We made choice, changed them, and even throughout one entire design and started over. Sara was so professional, courteous and understanding, providing updated quotes and delivery schedules so we could coordinate with our contractor. Through it all, no matter how taxing we were, Sara would smile, say its “ok” and go out of her way to make sure we not only were getting what we wanted, expected and ordered but that it was expedited whenever possible.

In addition to all the hurdles we created, some of May’s vendors also created a few unexpected obstacles. When informed, Sara in a very professional manner with a pleasant demeanor, would approach the issue (vendor) immediately making every effort to correct and rectify the situation. She was very successful in both occurrences. Not only did the issue get resolved but in a very timely manner. We were very pleased.

All in all, we had quite the learning experience. In no way are we experts in remodeling but we certainly know who is. We have 2 more projects slated for 2016 and be assured, Inspire Kitchen & Bath will be our “go to experts”. Thank you all for turning this overwhelming experience into one we cherish everyday.
